For larger venues, auditoriums, or outdoor events, we recommend a fast fold screen in the 120 to 200 inch range with a higher lumen projector. Yes. Every rental includes HDMI cables and adapters for both Mac and PC so you can connect your laptop without any last minute scrambling. If you're using an older device or a less common connector, just let us know in advance and we'll make sure the right adapter is in the bag.

Yes, with one important caveat. No projector can compete with direct Arizona sunlight. Outdoor projector rentals work best starting at or just after sunset when the ambient light drops enough for a clear, bright image. We'll advise you on the right lumen output for your setup and the best time to start your screening based on the time of year.
